everyone's demands
intact beneath a path
running beside a strategic rail track
a few dead bodies set apart
as the being of a rose
who died in 1987

the demands of a self-standing
allocution imposed
on all the members in the dream

- We might stay here, you know?
- Splendid hotel...it has a kind of literary truth...
- Undoubtly so.
- How about your father?
- He died.
- Ah, yes, he dies every night, doesn't he?
- He suffered. Oh, yes, he did.
- In what way?
- Like a lamb in an allegory.

two leaking hands on a marble tray
 - and a round hearth
blooming like any other flower
or like an integral speech.

then  out of the blue
all fair and mystical
he kisses this rose on the cheek
as though he were her lover,
- flower of the same name

deceptive, as in the vision
where she can see who
he was and who
he is
no more.

'Richieste'

richieste di ciascuno
intatte sotto un sentiero
che costeggia una
ferrovia strategica
qualche cadavere in disparte
come l' ente della rosa
scomparsa nel 1987

richieste di un'allocuzione
autocrate imposta
a tutti i membri presenti
nel sogno

- Potremmo pernottare qui, che ne dici?
- Splendido hotel.ha una sorta di autenticità letteraria.
- Indubbiamente.
- Che mi racconti di tuo padre?
- Morto.
- Ah, già. Muore ogni notte, vero?
- Ha penato. Si, ha molto sofferto.
- In che modo?
- Come un agnello in un'allegoria.

due orribili mani su un vassoio di marmo
che sgocciolano -  e un cuore tondo
che sboccia come un qualsiasi altro fiore
o come un discorso integrale.

poi fuori dal nulla
incantevole e mistico
bacia sulla guancia la sua rosa
neanche fosse il suo amante
- oh, fiore di uguale nome

ingannevole, come la visione
in cui lei vede
lui chi era e chi
più
non è.
